In 2018, the merger of the public and private parts of the port of Cavalaire in Régi resulted in the formation of a new organization – PORT HERACLEA.

Navigating to Port Heraclea is a seamless experience, with clear entry points and navigational aids guiding vessels safely into the marina. Mariners can communicate with the marina staff via VHF channel 9, ensuring smooth coordination upon arrival. Additionally, a comprehensive online booking system allows for convenient berth reservations in advance.
Specifications of Port Heraclea
The marina boasts a total of 1100 berths, thoughtfully spread across two distinct basins: the East and West basins. Among these berths are 1015 designated for permanent occupancy, ensuring a secure and reliable home for boat owners. Additionally, the marina offers two floating pontoons dedicated specifically for boat rentals, catering to visitors seeking short-term accommodations for their watercraft.
Beyond the confines of the port, an organized parking area awaits, providing convenient storage for vehicles and trailers outside the bustling harbor. Upon arrival, a welcoming reception pontoon, overseen by the experienced harbor master, stands ready to assist incoming vessels, ensuring a smooth and efficient docking process for all.
For those eager to set sail, the West basin features a complimentary launching ramp, offering easy access to the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean. Meanwhile, the East basin boasts a crane facility, providing essential lifting and maintenance services for boats requiring specialized care.

Plumbing and Laundry Facilities
The marina is equipped with three sanitary zones, accessible to sailors: 11 toilets and 14 showers (complimentary for our sailors), located beneath the harbor master’s office, at the former private port office (East basin), at the beginning of the eastern dam, and in the parking lot opposite the Games casino. During the summer season, laundry services (complimentary) are available for our sailors in the East basin bathrooms (please contact the on-site staff for assistance).
Weather Forecast
Weather forecasts are posted daily. We have a partnership with Météo Varoise, which, coupled with our weather station installed in the harbor master’s office and maintaining constant communication with Météo Varoise services, allows us to obtain local weather forecasts specific to the Bay of Cavalaire and the neighboring coastline.
Observation and Security
Port Heraclea’s harbor is monitored year-round by security agents and canine units. This surveillance is intensified in July and August with access to pontoons reserved for sailors and more frequent patrols in the docks. Port Heraclea has also implemented an application that allows sailors to report any incidents observed in the port, thereby ensuring better support.
