Carriacou Marina is situated on the southwest side of Tyrell Bay in Carriacou, Grenada, West Indies, on the island of the same name in the Grenadines archipelago. The island is part of the Special Territory of Carriacou and Little Martinique of the State of Grenada. Positioned at coordinates 12°27′12″ N 61°29′14″ W, it is an idyllic spot that combines accessibility with the tranquil beauty of the Caribbean.

Navigating to Carriacou Marina is a smooth experience for sailors. Located within a natural, protected mooring area, the marina is easily accessible by sea. Mariners can contact the marina on VHF channel 16/68 for assistance and direction upon arrival.
Specifications of the Marina
Carriacou Marina boasts a range of berthing options, including stern-to docking spaces with both 110 and 230V electricity available. The marina has installed several mooring buoys in Tyrell Bay, providing convenience and peace of mind for boaters. The marina can accommodate various boat sizes, up to a maximum length of 70 feet and a draft of 7–8 feet, depending on the tide.

The marina is equipped with a 40-ton ASCOM Travel lift, suitable for boats with a beam of up to 18 feet. Additionally, it offers a range of services, including a fully stocked chandlery, special order service for equipment, on-site customs & immigration office, and a fuel station supplying SOL gasoline and diesel. Duty-free fuel is available for eligible clients.
The Grenadian Customs and Immigration Service has designated two Ports of Entry for foreign yachts: Port Louis Marina in Saint Georges for Grenada and Carriacou Marine in Carriacou. Yachts from the north use Carriacou Marine; those from the south use Port Louis Marina. Private and charter yachts are exempt from using commercial ports. Carriacou Marine’s customs and immigration office is open Monday to Friday from 08.00–11.45 and 13.00–16.00, and on weekends and public holidays from 09.00–13.30. Yachts should clear out by 15.00 and leave within 24 hours. For entry into Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique, vessels should anchor with the Q flag displayed until clearance is complete. They may also dock at Carriacou Marine for a fee. Сaptains need to complete a combined Immigration/Customs form, available online, and provide necessary crew information, immigration cards, last port clearance, and IDs. Outward clearance from Grenada is required for the next destination.
