Full Description & Details
Marina Kotor occupies a remarkable position directly in front of the centuries-old walled town of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the innermost reach of the Bay of Kotor. The bay itself is recognised by UNESCO for its natural beauty and ranks among the world's most scenic fjord-like inlets. The marina sits just across the road from the historic centre, placing medieval architecture, restaurants, shops and bars within immediate walking distance.
The facility provides 50 wet berths with depths ranging from 3.0 to 7.0 metres. Docking is available on the southeast part of the pier or on pontoons. All moorings are equipped with water and electricity connections. The marina accommodates yachts up to 30 metres in length and 4 metres in draught. A fuel station is located in the northern part of the port, approximately 2 nautical miles from the marina berths. Pricing reported in 2019 was approximately 35 euros per day for a 10-metre vessel, placing the marina in the mid-range category.
The marina operates year-round from 1 January to 31 December. Services include water and power supply, garbage collection, and vessel security. The surrounding port infrastructure supports pilotage, mooring and unmooring services, and fire protection. Tivat Airport lies approximately 7 kilometres away, a 15-minute drive, while Podgorica International Airport is about 90 kilometres distant. Regular bus connections serve Kotor from major regional cities including Podgorica and Dubrovnik.
How to get there

The port is open for traffic 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Maximum draft for vessels over 150 metres is 7.8 metres in the main port area, though the marina itself accommodates a maximum draft of 4 metres. By land, the marina is easily accessible from Tivat Airport, 7 kilometres to the southwest, or Podgorica International Airport, approximately 90 kilometres away. The marina address is Stari Grad 185330 Kotor, Montenegro, located immediately adjacent to the old town walls.
From the Kotor bus station, which receives regular services from Podgorica and Dubrovnik, the marina is only a few minutes' walk. The city centre and all associated facilities lie directly across the road from the berths.
