Full Description & Details

Marina Trogir SCT sits on the northern shore of Ciovo island, opposite the UNESCO old town of Trogir. Built on a former shipyard, it belongs to the Marina 21 group and is a base for charter fleets. The bay offers natural protection; the historic centre is a 10‑minute walk over the bridge.

The approach channel has depths of 10 m at the entrance, decreasing to 4 m near the road bridge. An adverse westward current runs under the bridge, but weakens close to the marina on the southern side. There are 256–260 sea berths for yachts 12–70 m LOA and 150 dry docks. Mooring is Mediterranean‑style with lines. Water and electricity are available at every berth. Drafts up to 20 m are mentioned, but local confirmation is advised.

Facilities include two travel lifts (100 t and 600 t), self‑propelled trailers, a full‑service boatyard, a chandlery, and a grocery market. Shore services: modern sanitary blocks with showers and laundry, free Wi‑Fi, fuel dock, waste disposal, cash machine, parking, and 24‑hour security. The Bocel restaurant and Salt cafe bar are on the quay.

The north side of the channel is shallow – navigate mid‑channel. VHF 17 is monitored. Opening hours: Mon‑Thu 8‑20, Fri‑Sat 8‑22, Sun 8‑21; overnight stays are allowed. Split Airport (SPU) is just 3 km away.

How to get there

Navigational approach: From the west, enter the channel between the mainland and Ciovo. The entrance is clear of obstructions, but stay well off the northern (town) side which becomes shallow. Depths start at about 10 m and reduce to 4 m near the low road bridge.

A westward‑setting current flows under the bridge; it is strongest in the centre and much weaker near the southern shore, where Marina Trogir SCT is located. Approach the reception quay and contact the marina on VHF channel 17 for berthing instructions. The marina is immediately west of ACI Marina Trogir, marked by the Ina fuel station.

Land access: Split Airport (SPU) is only 3 km away, a 5–10 minute taxi or rental‑car drive. The historic town of Trogir is a pedestrian‑friendly 10‑minute walk via the road bridge, where you’ll find supermarkets, banks, and restaurants. There is no separate check‑in formality for the marina itself, but arrival by sea should follow standard Croatian clearance if coming from abroad.
