It is the second oldest port in the Balearic Islands and offers 300 berths for both sail and motor boats. The marina is situated close to the historic centre of Ibiza Town, with the 14th century Santa Maria d'Eivissa cathedral visible from offshore. The surrounding area is known for its beaches, coves, and active town life, making it a practical base for exploring the island.

The marina provides 300 berths, with 30 reserved for visitors. The maximum boat length is 16 meters and the maximum draft is 3 meters. Protection is from the west, and mooring is stern to dock with mooring lines. The holding and shelter are adequate for the conditions, though the marina is not fully enclosed. A market, restaurant, and bar are on site, and ice is sold. The marina also offers bicycles and car rental, video surveillance, and a night watchman for security.
