Full Description & Details
Puerto del Rosario Marina sits on Fuerteventura's eastern coast, inside the island's capital. It is part of a larger port that also handles commercial shipping and cruise ships. The marina has 60 berths for yachts up to 12 meters long and 5 meters draft.
Each berth includes electricity and water, with Wi-Fi and fuel available. Showers, toilets, changing rooms, restaurants, a bank, a medical center, a supermarket, a yachting spare parts store, weather forecast services, and a travelift with service station are on site or nearby. The harbor is sheltered by breakwaters, and the four large silos on the eastern breakwater make it easy to spot from the water.
How to get there
Approach is straightforward with no significant hazards. The entrance coordinates are 28° 29'23"N and 13° 51'27"W. During the day, identify the marina by the four large silos on the eastern breakwater.
Yachts should head for the designated fishing harbor area to the northwest; mooring at the main commercial quay is not allowed. Contact the harbor office on VHF channel 9 or call (+34) 928 860 200. Fuerteventura Airport is 7 kilometers away, and the marina is within walking distance of hotels, supermarkets, and shops.
