Full Description & Details
IGY Malaga Marina is a dedicated superyacht marina on Muelle Canovas in the port of Malaga, on Spain's Costa del Sol. It opened in July 2022 and is operated by IGY Marinas in partnership with Ocean Capital Partners and the Port Authority of Malaga.
The marina sits right at the city centre, with La Malagueta beach nearby and Malaga international airport a short drive away. The facility is a megayacht marina, not a general-purpose harbour, and it is fully ISPS compliant.
How to get there
Approach Malaga's port and contact IGY Malaga Marina on VHF Channel 9 on arrival to obtain directions to your slip assignment. The marina's coordinates are 36.7144522 N, 4.417765 W. A dock attendant will meet you at the slip to assist with docking, line handling and connections. Advanced reservations are strongly recommended, and berthing is not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation.
Give an estimated time of arrival 24 hours in advance when feasible. On departure, contact the marina office 1-2 hours before leaving and hail on VHF Channel 9 if you need help with lines and disconnection.
