Full Description & Details
Gouvia Marina, operated by D-Marin, sits on the east coast of Corfu in the sheltered Gouvia Bay, about 6 kilometres from Corfu town and 7 kilometres from Corfu International Airport. It is the first privately owned marina in Greece and a long-established port of call on the route between the Adriatic and the Mediterranean. The marina is a large, full-service facility rather than a simple anchorage, with a substantial shore-side development of shops, restaurants and services.
The marina offers around 1,200 berths on both fixed and floating pontoons, with a maximum vessel length of 80 metres and a maximum draft of 5.5 metres. Berths provide 220V and 380V electricity and fresh water. Holding is not the main concern here, as most visitors moor stern-to the pontoons. An upgrade completed in 2025 added 104 new full-service berths. There is also a dry dock capacity of about 500 yachts, served by two travel lifts of 65 and 75 tons and two mobile cranes of 60 and 45 tons.
Facilities on site include a fuel station, supermarket, chandlery, laundry, showers and restrooms, plus restaurants, bars and cafes. Technical services cover repairs, hull washing and mechanical work. The marina provides Wi-Fi, 24-hour security with CCTV, and a night watchman. A Port Police office and customs are present. There is also a swimming pool, sports facilities and a cricket field. Car, motorbike and boat rental are available, and a boat ramp is provided.
Approach is straightforward, with the entrance facing east and marked by a control tower and lit green and red entry lights. The marina staff offer round-the-clock assistance for entering and leaving. VHF channel 69 is used. The marina is sheltered within Gouvia Bay, and an alternative is to anchor in the bay near the marina entrance. Corfu Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is close by. The marina is part of the D-Marin network, offering benefits such as up to 7 days complimentary berthing at other D-Marin marinas.
How to get there

The marina is about 6 kilometres from Corfu town and 7 kilometres from Corfu International Airport. The address is P.O. BOX 60, 49083 Tzavros, Corfu, Greece. The marina is located in the Kontokali area of Corfu. Customs and Port Authorities are on site.
