Full Description & Details
Marina Casa de Campo sits where the Chavon River meets the Caribbean Sea, on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic. It is part of the 7,000-acre Casa de Campo resort, about 8 minutes from La Romana International Airport. The marina covers more than 90,000 square meters and has 370 slips, accommodating vessels up to 250 feet LOA and 16 feet draft.
Each berth offers single and three-phase power (110-220-440 volts), water, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Fuel is available on site. The adjacent IBC shipyard features a 300-ton travel lift, over 15,000 square meters of workshops, dry docks, and specialized warehouses, making it one of the most complete repair facilities in the Caribbean.
An onsite heliport and the nearby airport add to its appeal for international crews.
How to get there
Approaching from the Caribbean Sea, use GPS coordinates 18°24'0.46"N, 68°54'0.29"W to locate the entrance. The harbor master's office monitors VHF and coordinates entry and docking, so contact them on approach for instructions. The channel is straightforward, but always check local notices for any shifting sandbars or buoy changes.
Once inside, follow the harbor master's directions to your assigned slip. The marina is well-marked and the entrance is sheltered by the river mouth, providing calm conditions for docking.
