Full Description & Details

Bay Street Marina sits on the eastern edge of Nassau's harbourfront along E Bay St, with Paradise Island to the east and the downtown core to the west. The marina operates 120 slips and accepts vessels from 40 to 500 feet, with a maximum draft of 20 feet at high tide and 12 feet at low tide. Docks are built from Brazilian ipe wood, and each slip provides 30-amp to 480-volt electrical service, fresh water via reverse osmosis, and complimentary ultra-fast Wi-Fi.

The facility includes full CCTV security around the clock, a wastewater pumpout station, and pet-friendly policies. Wet and dry slips are available, along with long-term dockage and boat lifts; special rates can be arranged by inquiry. The marina also offers yacht washdown and polishing services, and a restaurant is on site.

Fuel is supplied by RUBIS at Dock D, with bunkering fuel on Docks E and F.

How to get there

Approach Nassau Harbour and contact Bay Street Marina on VHF Channel 8 for berthing instructions and current conditions. The marina lies along the southern shore of the harbour, east of the downtown waterfront; give the channel and any local traffic ample clearance, and note the 12-foot low-tide draft when planning your entry. The marina is directly on E Bay St, within walking distance of Paradise Island to the east and Nassau's downtown to the west.

For land access, the nearest airport is Lynden Pindling International (NAS), roughly 15 minutes by taxi. No customs or immigration formalities are handled at the marina itself; clear in with Bahamian authorities upon arrival.
