Marina Marzamemi

Marina di Marzamemi is located in the village of the same name south of the city of Syracuse in Italy, on the east coast of Sicily.
Marina Marzamemi has 120 berths for rent with access to water and electricity. The marina provides shipyard services and has a 25 tonne capacity travel lift as well as offering winter storage both inside and out. The marina has a fuel station and has boat charter available with a boat ramp and ample parking for trailers. There is a bar and restaurant, toilets and showers and easy access to the city of Siracusa and all that it has to offer.
Entry to the harbour is straightforward except in strong E/SE winds, when a considerable swell is raised. Depths in the entrance are 5.0 – 6.0 metres. Marina di Marzamemi is the first set of pontoons to port on entry. Marina staff will assist with mooring. Laid moorings at all berths.
The marina consists of three floating pontoons joined to the shore by an access gangway. There are laid moorings at all pontoons, providing a total of around 110 berths. Water and electricity are provided at all berths.
Mobile crane (25T), outdoor storage, engine and hull repair are also at your service.

Modern Marzamemi has preserved the characteristic appearance of a fishing village, which is why numerous films have been shot here, including Gabriele Salvatores’ Judgment, the Taviani brothers’ Caos, Pasquale Scimec’s Malavoglia, Giuseppe Tornatore’s Man of the Stella and Commissario Montalbano.
Fishing is still thriving here, which feeds numerous restaurants serving Sicilian cuisine. In the summer, a procession is held in honor of St. Francis from Paola, and the nights are enlivened by numerous clubs with music and dancing.
